Minimum two years of recent experience in events and meeting planning and executing, preferably within a professional services firm Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university preferred; minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; Cvent and AI experience required Strong verbal/written communication, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility/authority Must be willing to work in office and during non-traditional hours including nights and weekends Ability to travel up to 15% of the time to support onsite program execution Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
