Job Summary: The North Carolina Courage is seeking a motivated and experienced Event Manager to lead the planning, execution, and management of club events that engage fans, partners, and the broader community. Reporting to the Senior Director of Partnership Marketing, this role is responsible for coordinating a diverse range of events across multiple departments – including partnerships, community engagement, and ticketing. Core responsibilities include overseeing events such as the NC Courage Season Kick-Off & Jersey Reveal, Camp Courage Youth Soccer Camps, the Courage Golf Tournament, Season Ticket Member celebrations, sponsor appreciation events, and other community or promotional activations. This position will collaborate closely with marketing, communications, operations, and ticketing teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with club goals. • Excellent relationship building, communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to present ideas clearly and effectively • Superior attention to detail and customer service • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends, as needed • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) • Must be able to procure rentals for events.
