Staffing & Event Manager

The Staffing & Event Operations Manager will be expected to attend every assigned event to oversee employee arrival and check in. Attend all assigned events to manage the employee check in processArrive before the scheduled employee call time to prepare for staff arrivalManage employee clock in and verify attendanceConduct uniform and professional appearance checksVerify required security licenses and credentials when applicableEnsure employees understand where they are assigned and where they need to reportIdentify late arrivals, call outs, uniform issues, or staffing shortages and communicate them immediatelyCheck in with the client or designated event management representative before the eventServe as the on site A & Associates management representative during employee check inMaintain accurate event rosters and attendance recordsCommunicate any significant staffing or employee issues to A & Associates leadershipProvide a brief update following check in regarding attendance and any issues that occurredRemain for the full event when additional management support is needed or desiredEvents may include professional and college football games, basketball games, concerts, festivals, conventions, and other major events. Develop strong professional relationships with assigned clientsMaintain regular communication regarding staffing needs and upcoming eventsCheck in with clients to ensure A & Associates is meeting expectationsRespond quickly to staffing requests and operational concernsIdentify opportunities where A & Associates can provide additional staffing supportRepresent A & Associates professionally at every client location and eventQualifications Previous staffing, recruiting, event management, operations, or workforce management experience preferredHigh volume recruiting experience strongly preferredStrong communication and relationship building skillsExcellent organizational and time management abilitiesComfortable making a high volume of recruiting and employee callsAbility to manage multiple staffing requests and deadlines simultaneouslyStrong computer, email, applicant tracking, and database management skillsAbility to work independently and take ownership of responsibilitiesProfessional appearance and strong customer service skillsReliable transportation to attend events throughout the Orlando areaMust be dependable and punctualSchedule Flexibility is Required The Staffing & Event Operations Manager will work primarily from our Orlando office but must have the flexibility to attend assigned events outside of normal business hours.
