This position involves planning, organizing, and executing events within a retail store to provide a seamless and engaging experience for customers. • Implement event add-ons such as goody bags, balloons, etc., to company standards. • Communicate events with clients and store team members. • Adjust plans and events based on client feedback and needs. • Contribute to daily store cleanliness activities, including sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and maintaining restrooms' cleanliness.
