As Assistant Manager, Studio & Events, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our studio, lead a small team of assistants, coordinate event preparation, and help execute installations and events throughout the Chicagoland area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading a team by example and isn't afraid to jump in wherever needed. • Delegate tasks and ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule • Work alongside assistants to pull, pack, and prepare inventory for events and rental orders • Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
