Temporary On Site Events Coordinator

Reports to the Senior Events Coordinator with a dotted line to the Events Manager. depending on prior experience working in live events. Support event setup, execution, breakdown, and venue reset at The Beehive and Crown on CrenshawEnsure event spaces are clean, properly staged, and client-ready prior to each eventServe as the onsite point of contact for client questions, needs, and real-time issue resolutionCoordinate onsite with vendors, security, cleaning staff, catering, DJs, and other event partnersMonitor event timelines, space capacities, layouts, and overall flow throughout each eventConduct walkthroughs before, during, and after events to ensure venue standards and safety protocols are maintainedCommunicate escalations and urgent issues to the Senior Events Coordinator promptlyMaintain a professional and polished guest and client experience throughout all eventsProvide hands-on support as needs arise, including simultaneous multi-event scenarios Requirements
