Temporary, Part-Time Private Events Coordinator

University Circle Inc. is seeking a temporary, part-time coordinator to support private events held at Wade Oval. The coordinator will follow established UCI processes and raise potential issues, missing information or unusual requests to full-time UCI staff for direction. · Provide responsive, professional and helpful customer service throughout the planning process and on event day. · Share regular status updates with UCI staff. · Provide day-of event support, including client and vendor check-in, site access, setup coordination, monitoring activity on Wade Oval and communicating issues to UCI staff.
