Job Summary Support the Director, Events in planning, logistics, and general project management of events. Independently manage assigned events, including project management, vendor management, event design and production, event technology and mobile applications. The position will manage the operations of the Portland Hub space, a key role in representing The Standard’s onsite spaces as a place for employees to connect, engage and learn. Ownership of all phases of assigned event execution, including project plan, budget management, regular communications with Director, Events, and leadership team, on‑site management of all event deliverables, and post‑event analysis. Performance guarantees may be applied to roles with highly incentivized compensation plans for a specified period of time to support a new hire’s transition into the sales incentive plan.
