The Senior Coordinator of Special Events and Programming is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of all aspects of tournaments, special events, and programming for Pickleball Lehigh Valley at the St. Luke's SportsPlex. This includes working closely with the PLV Manager and SportsPlex Team to develop a comprehensive portfolio of clinics, leagues, lessons, tournaments, and special events. Additionally, the Coordinator will assist the Manager with financial reporting and accounting, including designing and coordinating assigned special events. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of racquet sports and marketing programs, as well as experience running sport programs and tournaments. They must also have excellent communication skills, proficiency in computer software, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
