The Trade Hospitality/Events Coordinator role at Delicato Family Wines is a crucial position within the hospitality and sales teams, focused on delivering outstanding experiences to trade guests, including executives, sales teams, media, and other stakeholders visiting the winery. This position requires a balance of administrative expertise and customer service skills to process hospitality requests, maintain trade calendars, and manage the logistics of trade visits and special events. The role also involves some physical work such as lifting cases of wine and working in varied indoor and outdoor environments with exposure to weather conditions. • Must be 21 years of age • high school diploma or equivalent • minimum three years wine or hospitality related experience in a customer facing role • valid driver’s license with appropriate automobile insurance and clean driving record • TIPS certified or certification within 90 days of employment • CA food handler’s certification required • working knowledge of wine industry and culture • exceptional communication and customer service skills • ability to work extended hours and shift rotations • ability to lift and carry cases of wine • ability to work indoors and outdoors with exposure to temperature variations and weather conditions • proactive planning and problem-solving skills • strong attention to detail and organizational skills • friendly and professional demeanor and appearance
