The role of Trade-In Event Assistant at SidelineSwap offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to the company’s trade-in initiatives, held at popular retail stores such as Dick's Sporting Goods and Monkey Sports, as well as various sports facilities. You will serve as the face of SidelineSwap at these events, delivering exceptional customer experiences by interacting with attendees, evaluating sporting goods using specialized value guides and trade-in technology, and managing inventory accurately through the company’s system. Assist in the setup, execution, and breakdown of trade-in events at partner retail locations Serve as the face of SidelineSwap at events and deliver excellent customer service Evaluate sporting goods using value guides and trade-in technology Learn inventory management system for proper item distribution Photograph items accurately for e-commerce purposes Must be comfortable working on feet and standing for long periods Valid driver’s license Available to work on weekends Ability to work weekends 4-6 hours Comfortable interacting with customers in-person OysterLink focuses on restaurant and hospitality jobs.
