In this position, you will assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of trade-in events, ensuring that everything operates smoothly and efficiently. You will serve as the face of SidelineSwap at these events, delivering exceptional customer experiences by interacting with attendees, evaluating sporting goods using specialized value guides and trade-in technology, and managing inventory accurately through the company’s system. Your responsibilities will also include photographing items to capture essential details for e-commerce listings. The role requires flexibility and enthusiasm, as well as the ability to work weekends and possibly weekdays as needed. Assist in the setup, execution, and breakdown of trade-in events at partner retail locations
Serve as the face of SidelineSwap at events and deliver excellent customer service
Evaluate sporting goods using value guides and trade-in technology
Learn inventory management system for proper item distribution
Photograph items accurately for e-commerce purposes
Must be comfortable working on feet and standing for long periods
Valid driver’s license
Available to work on weekends
Ability to work weekends 4-6 hours
Comfortable interacting with customers in-person
