Effective stakeholder communication, including regular planning calls with event sponsors, is a vital component of ensuring all aspects of event production meet organizational standards. • bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience • at least one year of experience in event planning • prior experience with trade shows preferred • ability to work under pressure with changing priorities • strong communication skills at all organizational levels • proficiency in Microsoft Office suite • willingness to travel up to 50 percent • ability to lift up to 25 pounds • capacity to work in office and warehouse environments • ability to use standard office equipment • adherence to quality management systems and company procedures
