Role Description Key Responsibilities • Serve as the main point of contact for trade show organizers from inquiry through show completion • Develop accurate quotations and rental packages based on event scope, timelines, and venue requirements • Support exhibitors as directed by show organizers • Sell rental solutions to corporate clients for galas, fundraisers, meetings, and other company events • Coordinate with venues, show management and internal teams on logistics and scheduling • Perform site inspections and create floor plans and timelines • Provide on-site support for setups and breakdowns, including evenings and weekends as needed • Maintain accurate paperwork and review weekly event boards for completeness
