Team Support & Industry Monitoring • Monitor competitor and industry activity on platforms such as LinkedIn and share relevant insights with the team (group effort) • Assist in cross-departmental coordination when multiple teams are involved in a trade show or hosted event Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in event planning, trade show logistics, or a related field • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to travel and work flexible hours as needed for events • A collaborative mindset and ability to work with various internal and external stakeholders • Resourceful, self-motivated, and solutions-oriented • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with shared drives, Asana, and CRM tools is a plus • Familiarity with the meetings, tourism, or hospitality industry; thrives in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities; a creative eye for branding, layout, or presentation is a bonus • Familiarity with Social Media Platforms like LinkedIn is a plus.
