Training Institute and Event Coordinator

Washburn Center for Children is a leading children’s mental health center, caring for a wide variety of children’s needs associated with anxiety, depression, behavioral difficulties and trauma. Under the supervision of the Director of the Training Institute and Clinical Development, the position’s primary responsibility will be to coordinate the scheduling, administrative, logistical, and technology aspects of training, rentals, and other events provided through the Training Institute. • Coordinate logistics for the day of the event as needed • Coordinate travel arrangements as necessary for the Washburn Trainers. • Provide miscellaneous administrative support to Training Institute Staff, program supervisors, and clinical staff. on a regular basis • Ability to reconfigure 160 chairs and 30 tables in the training institute as needed • Ability to push 100 lbs.
