Vegas PBS - Event Planner (Contractor with Potential for Full-Time)

This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives on organizing engaging events, managing logistics, and creating memorable experiences that connect our community and support our mission. Strong knowledge of event planning, fundraising strategies, vendor coordination, budgeting, and on-site operations.Proven ability to manage multiple large- and small-scale events simultaneously with precision and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills for collaborating with vendors, donors, partners, and internal staff.Experience with donor databases (e.g., Revolution CRM, Salesforce, iFolio) and event management tools (e.g., Eventbrite, Constant Contact) preferred.Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnight travel as required.Proactive problem-solving, leadership, and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or additional administrative experience preferred.Why Join Us: Bring your creativity, organizational skills, and passion for event planning to Vegas PBS.
