The Venue Coordinator position for Sterling Spaces has the primary operational responsibility for representing our venues to clients, vendors, and other parties, helping to coordinate outstanding and unforgettable events on every occasion. The responsibilities will vary with events and venues, ranging from basic venue rental duties to more complete coordination for inclusive events with catering, bar, audio/visual, etc. The Venue Coordinator responsibility begins with a signed contract and proposal from our sales team and ends with the prompt and accurate invoicing of the event. • Must have valid driver’s license and pass Sterling Spaces background check. • Excellent analytical and communication skills to work effectively with clients, guests, team members and vendors in a positive and productive manner.
