Elevate Events & Catering is an event venue in Brandon, FL, offering curated event experiences for clients hosting celebrations, showers, pop-ups, and more. We’re looking for a motivated and professional Part-Time Venue Coordinator to join our team and grow with us. Key Responsibilities: • Greet and give tours to prospective clients interested in renting the venue • Follow up with leads via email, phone, or text in a timely and professional manner • Be on-site during events as needed to support clients and ensure everything runs smoothly • Assist with light setup and breakdown tasks when required • Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and our internal team • Represent the Elevate Events & Catering brand with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm What We're Looking For: • Interest in event planning, hospitality, sales or marketing • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated • Available for evening or weekend events as needed • Must be at least 18 years old • Prior customer service or event experience is a plus, but not required • Bilingual is a plus Why You’ll Love This Role: • Flexible, part-time schedule (~10-15 hours per week) • $15 per hour • A great way to gain hands-on experience in the event industry • Opportunities to grow with our team and take on more responsibilities over time
