1 - 4 morning or evening shifts per month based on venue's weekend event schedule. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors, ensuring a seamless venue rental and a positive experience for the client. The Venue Coordinator will work with the client's Event Planner to ensure venue upholds the standards outlined in the client's contract. • Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors, including caterers, decorators, and audiovisual technicians, to ensure all services align with client timeline and venue standards.
