We are seeking a passionate and organized Venue Coordinator to join our team. As a Venue Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the success of our events. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with excellent organizational and communication skills. Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the event planning process.Venue Tours & Consultations: Conduct tours and consultations with prospective clients to showcase the venue.Sales & Lead Generation: Reach out to potential clients, follow up on leads, and convert inquiries into bookings.Event Coordination: Manage event logistics, coordinate with vendors and internal teams (including the catering team), oversee linens and other rentals, and ensure seamless execution of all event elements.Event Set-Up & Breakdown: Oversee setup and breakdown of events to meet client and venue expectations.Manage Communication: Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.Office Organization: Maintain office files, manage supplies, and coordinate appointments.Office & Estate Management: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office and estates.Flexibility: Must be available for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, with event closings required.Qualifications Competitive salary based on experience.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.Positive and collaborative work environment.Job Type: Full-time
