We're looking for individuals who are passionate about hospitality, thrive in fast-paced environments, and take pride in helping create unforgettable experiences. • Assist with the preparation, setup, and execution of weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings Schedule and lead planning meetingsGather vendor contracts, contact information, and logistical detailsAssist in building and refining event-day timelinesConduct coordination-specific portions of final planning meetingsLead onsite ceremony rehearsals when applicableServe as the primary onsite point of contact for vendors during setup and event executionMaintain communication with the couple, vendors, and venue staff throughout the eventHelp oversee event breakdown and cleanup procedures at the conclusion of the event • Help create memorable experiences for hundreds of guests each week
