This person is not planning the events themselves, they are the point person on behalf of Progress Park, there to ensure the needs of customers, vendors, and guests are met before, during, and after the event. • Serve as the venue’s main point of contact on the day of the event, to ensure all details are well executed by venue staff and any outside vendors. • Anticipate the needs of the customer, vendors, and guests. A 90 day review will be an extension of the 30 day review with a focus on the completed property manuals, work schedule, job lists, and protocols. The 6 month review will be a monetary review with the opportunity for up to a 4% increase in pay.
