Venue & Event Coordinator Full-Time | Harvard, MA | The Farmstead + William Ference Catering We’re looking for a warm, organized, and driven individual to join our team as the Venue Coordinator for The Farmstead, our private 25-acre farm wedding venue in Harvard, MA — and also as Event Coordinator for our off-site catering company, William Ference Catering. You’ll: • Respond to new venue and catering inquiries and schedule/conduct intake calls • Lead tours of The Farmstead and communicate the unique offerings of the venue • Prepare and send proposals, assist with closing sales, and manage bookings • Act as the primary liaison for clients throughout the planning process • Manage event timelines, layouts, rental orders, and staffing • Coordinate with the culinary team on all events • Oversee staffing schedules and payroll for each event • Be present at weddings and key events to ensure smooth execution Why Work With Us • The Farmstead is a special place: a restored 1800s farmhouse and working regenerative farm, available for weekend wedding rentals with lodging. Compensation & Schedule • Full-time salary range: $55,000–$75,000, commensurate with experience • Flexible schedule during off-season; weekend presence required in-season • Paid time off, seasonal flexibility, and other benefits available
