Venue Event Manager/ Coordinator

The Wellshire Event Center has over 10,000 square feet of event space that caters to groups of 20 to 750 people, and all food and beverage is managed and prepared in-house. The Event Manager at Wellshire works along-side our Event Coordinators to oversee all operational and client-facing aspects of event execution. From managing our team of event servers and bartenders to ensuring that each event exceeds the expectations of our clients and their guests, you will play a vital role in maintaining Wellshire’s reputation for excellence. Qualifications/ Skills • Strong understanding and experience in delivering a high-level of hospitality in a venue/event center environment • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills (client, vendor, and team) • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
