This role is based in Dallas and is responsible for executing and coordinating high-impact events on the ground at our Dallas venue. While embedded with the local Dallas team, the role will report to a manager based in Los Angeles and collaborate regularly with cross-functional stakeholders across venues and departments nationwide, including teams in Los Angeles and other key markets. As the Entertainment Event Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in both the planning and execution of immersive, live, and private events. • Own end-to-end planning, production, and execution of all private events at the Cosm Dallas venue, ranging from intimate client gatherings to large-scale brand activations. • Strong experience organizing, scheduling, coordinating & executing live events • Problem solver with agile mindset and willing to roll up sleeves and jump in to help where needed • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel proficiency is a must) and experienced with Notion and similar project management tools • Well-organized, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Event Production, Entertainment Management, Media, Communications, or Business is preferred.
