Venue Planners will work as a team on all guest events throughout the planning process and day of activities. Attend BEO meetings for review of planned events with FOH staff Coordinate and oversee the day of events by reviewing all details and seeing the event through to the end. Being a team player to promote a positive atmosphere for the Sales and Venue Team while keeping the highest standards in place. Collaborate with the FOH including the banquet manager, and Chef to execute events seamlessly Cross-train with the sales team to ensure consistency throughout the sales, coordinating and day of phases with clients. Meet and greet clients and promote facilities and services as required.
