• *Event Operations Director Job Description:** We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as the Director of Event Operations. This position is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of event operations, including planning, logistics, staffing, and budgeting. • *Key Responsibilities:** • Plan and execute events, including weddings, conferences, and other functions • Manage event budgets and ensure financial goals are met • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure requirements are met • Develop and implement strategies for sustained revenue expansion • Partner with vendors to provide excellent service to clients • *Requirements:** • 7-10 years of related work experience • Experience managing, leading, coaching, or mentoring teams • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn other business systems • Previous experience with budget development, tracking, and management • Project management experience with detail-oriented and strong organizational skills • Ability to work extended hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays • Bi-lingual Spanish/English and/or Vietnamese/English
