Key Responsibilities Moderate Q&A activities and manage audience engagement during virtual events Coordinate transitions between presenters and manage interactive elements like polls and surveys Capture engagement metrics and provide post-event summaries to event producers Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Communications, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience supporting virtual events or digital engagement activities Proficiency with virtual event platforms such as ZoomGov, Teams, or WebEx Experience with moderation and audience interaction workflows Candidate must possess a Tier 2 Moderate Risk Public Trust or an active Secret clearance or higher
