Based in Colorado Springs, Colorado, but operating in a fully remote capacity, this role is crucial for delivering engaging and seamless virtual experiences to a global audience. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of online events, including webinars, virtual conferences, fitness challenges, and online competitions. Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute a diverse range of virtual events, from conception to post-event analysis.Manage all aspects of event logistics, including platform selection, technical setup, registration, and attendee communication.Collaborate with marketing teams to promote virtual events and drive registration numbers.Liaise with speakers, presenters, and facilitators to ensure smooth delivery of content and engagement.Provide real-time technical support and moderation during live virtual events to ensure a positive attendee experience.Analyze event data and provide post-event reports on key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement.Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Proven experience in planning and executing virtual events using various online platforms (e.g., Zoom, Hopin, Webex).Strong understanding of event technology and digital engagement strategies.Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.Benefits
