Visits & Events Coordinator

What’s the job? Seattle Pacific University’s Undergraduate Admissions team is looking for a dedicated, organized, and people-centered Visits and Events Coordinator to help shape the experiences of prospective students and families exploring SPU. What will you do? As the Visits and Events Coordinator, you will: • Lead student staffing efforts : Under direction of Associate Director for Visits and Events, hires, trains, schedules, and mentors SPU’s Welcome Team and Ambassador student employees. • Cultivate a welcoming environment : Champion inclusive visit experiences for prospective students of all backgrounds, including first-generation and underrepresented students, in partnership with our multicultural outreach team.
