WARGAME EVENT PLANNER - $24 to $36 per HOUR

The Wargame Event Planner is responsible not only for the logistical and administrative needs but also for continuous process improvement through detailed documentation of lessons learned and contributing to official after-action reviews. • Nationality of a NATO member country • four-year university baccalaureate degree • professional event coordination and management experience within last five years for events with 50+ people • experience working in multinational teams • experience in stakeholder management • understanding of all event management elements • familiarity with coordinating events in Europe • NATO Secret Security Clearance or national equivalent • proficiency in English as defined in STANAG 6001 • proficiency in Microsoft Office suite • prior operational or strategic event coordination experience • experience with after-action reviews and report writing
