Berry Hill Resort and Conference Center a historic and elegant destination in South Boston Virginia is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Wedding and Event Coordinator to join our team. In this role you will bring events to life. Key Responsibilities: Develop detailed event timelines and execution plans Collaborate with Wedding and Corporate Sales Administrators to plan and execute events Coordinate all event logistics ensuring smooth operations from start to finish Serve as the on-site host and primary point of contact during events Oversee and assist with event setup and teardown Communicate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery Report to management on event outcomes and provide recommendations for continuous improvement Qualifications: Outgoing energetic personality with a passion for hospitality 13 years of event planning or coordination experience preferred Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to take initiative and manage multiple projects simultaneously Reliable with excellent time management skills Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays If you have a passion for creating unforgettable experiences and want to be part of a team that celebrates excellence we invite you to apply and grow with us at Berry Hill Resort and Conference Center.
