Our goal at The Barn at Blackstone National is for every guest to leave us with the feeling they had an extraordinary experience with their Planner/Coordinator, and Barn Team. General Responsibilities • To deliver an extraordinary experience to all wedding and event customers • Organize events from start to finish, including additional room bookings, rehearsals, guest lists, décor, food, etc… • Create a detailed itinerary for the clients, outside vendors, and Barn Team to follow during the event and to be used as a guide throughout. The Wedding and Event Planner/Coordinator reports directly to the Director of Events. They are expected to attend weekly department meetings with the Barn Purchasing & Operations Manager, Director of Events, and the rest of the Barn Department. Pay will start at $20 to $21 per hour, but flexible based on experience.
