You will work closely with our lead wedding planners, couples, and vendors to ensure that all aspects of the wedding day are executed seamlessly. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong... communication abilities, and a passion for creating memorable experiences. On-Site Coordination: • Serve as a point of contact for vendors, guests, and the wedding party on the day of the event. • Ensure that the timeline is adhered to and that all elements of the event occur according to plan. Post-Wedding Duties: • Assist with the cleanup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring that all items are returned to their proper locations.
