Wedding Coordinator

Wolfe Heights Estates & Winery is one of the Sacramento area's premier wedding and event venues, hosting elegant weddings, private celebrations, corporate events, and winery experiences. We are looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Event & Wedding Coordinator to guide couples from their initial inquiry through their wedding day.

Position Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented professional who excels at customer servicea nd sales. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, managing multiple projects, and creating memorable experiences for our clients.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to wedding and event inquiries
Conduct venue tours for prospective clients
Follow up with leads via phone, email, and text
Prepare event proposals and customized quotes
Create and send contracts and invoices
Manage bookings and event calendars
Coordinate with clients throughout the planning process
Answer emails and maintain organized client communication
Assist with event timelines and planning meetings
Ensure all event details are accurate and completed before event day
Assist during weddings and special events when needed
Maintain CRM and booking software with accurate records
Provide exceptional customer service from inquiry through event completion

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in weddings, hospitality, event planning, or venue sales preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Sales experience is a plus
Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Experience with event management or CRM software is preferred
Ability to work weekends and occasional evenings
Reliable transportation

Schedule

Full-time
Tuesday–Saturday (flexible based on events)
Weekend availability required

Pay: $22.80 - $26.86 per hour
