Wedding Coordinator

This is a part-time, flexible position primarily focused on summer weddings and weekend events. You do not need prior wedding coordination experience — we provide training. This role is perfect for someone who loves weddings, enjoys staying organized, and thrives in fast-paced environments. Responsibilities • Assist with and execute day-of wedding coordination • Manage timelines and ensure the wedding day flows smoothly • Serve as the main point of contact for vendors, venues, and clients on event day • Oversee ceremony and reception setup, transitions, and breakdown • Troubleshoot issues calmly and professionally as they arise • Support couples so they can enjoy their day stress-free • Represent BB’s Event Planning with professionalism and positivity Schedule & Availability • Primarily weekends • Peak season: summer months • Flexible hours depending on event schedule • Perfect for someone looking for a side job, seasonal work, or flexible event-based hours
