Wedding Coordinator

This role is only needed in person DAY OF the wedding and connecting on zoom prior maybe 1-2x. In this vibrant role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and venue staff, ensuring every detail aligns and is executed perfectly and on time with the couple’s vision. Your energy, organizational prowess, and exceptional communication skills will drive seamless event execution, creating cherished memories for the couple and their guests. Special attention paid to wedding planning experience. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with guests, clients, vendors, and team members • Exceptional organizational skills capable of managing multiple logistics simultaneously under tight deadlines • Prior banquet experience or hotel/restaurant background preferred for understanding guest services and catering logistics • Knowledge of catering operations, and hospitality standards essential for seamless event execution
