Role Description
This is a contract, on-site role for a Wedding Coordinator located in Philadelphia, PA. The Wedding Coordinator will oversee the planning and execution of weddings, liaising with clients to understand their vision, managing timelines, coordinating vendors, and ensuring all aspects of the event run smoothly. Duties include managing event logistics, troubleshooting any on-site issues, and maintaining clear and professional communication with all stakeholders to deliver a flawless experience for clients and guests.

Qualifications

Expertise in Wedding Planning, Event Planning, and Event Management
Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and ensure guest satisfaction
Exceptional Communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with attention to detail and organization
Proficiency in problem-solving, decision-making, and staying calm under pressure
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and extended hours as required
Previous experience in wedding or event coordination is highly desirable
