We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hospitality Professional for a seasonal position. Reporting to the Director of Events Operations, the Wedding Day Coordinator is responsible for the full on-site execution of weddings at the estate. The position requires strong supervisory ability, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage high-pressure, client-facing environments with professionalism and reliability. 10% of Time: Event Preparation & Team Coordination • Meet with the event team prior to scheduled wedding dates to review timelines, logistics, staffing plans, and operational expectations. • Minimum (1) year of experience supervising staff • Prior wedding experience required • Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
