Job Overview As the pivotal point of contact on the big day, you will orchestrate all logistical elements, coordinate with vendors, and provide exceptional guest services to create unforgettable celebrations. Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, vendors, and venue staff during wedding events Oversee setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring all elements align with the couple’s vision and contractual agreements Coordinate vendor arrivals, deliveries, and services including catering, décor, entertainment, and rentals Manage timelines meticulously to keep the event on schedule from ceremony to reception Handle guest inquiries professionally, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly Monitor event flow, troubleshoot any unforeseen challenges swiftly to maintain a smooth experience Assist with upselling additional services or upgrades such as premium décor or enhanced catering options to maximize revenue opportunities Proven experience in event planning, hospitality, or banquet management, with a strong background in weddings preferred Familiarity with contracts, catering operations, and restaurant or hotel environments enhances your ability to coordinate effectively Excellent negotiation skills to liaise with vendors and secure favorable terms while maintaining positive relationships Strong marketing understanding to promote venue offerings and upsell services effectively Demonstrated time management and organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks efficiently during busy event days Experience in guest services or customer relations roles that require clear communication and problem-solving skills Knowledge of event marketing strategies and fundraising techniques is a plus for enhancing client engagement
