Wedding Day Intern

Pure Moments Events is seeking a motivated college student interested in gaining hands-on educational experience in the wedding and events industry.

This internship is designed for students pursuing studies in event management, hospitality, marketing, communications, public relations, business, or a related field who want to experience the behind the scenes world of weddings and events.

Rather than a traditional office internship, this program provides students with exposure to the planning, preparation, and production of real weddings and events while learning directly from the Pure Moments team.

What You'll LearnThroughout the program, students may have opportunities to learn about:

The wedding planning process from beginning to end

Creating and managing event timelines

Event logistics and production

Venue walkthroughs and event preparation

Vendor relationships and communication

Event design and details

Floor plans and event layouts

Guest experience and event flow

Client communication and professional etiquette

Event-day operations

Setup and breakdown logistics

The business and administrative side of an event-planning company

Marketing and social media within the wedding industry

Professional communication, organization, and problem-solving

Hands-On ExperienceOne of the most valuable aspects of the program is the opportunity to gain real-world exposure to weddings and events.

When appropriate and based on the student's educational objectives, interns may accompany the Pure Moments team to weddings, venue visits, planning meetings, and other event-related experiences.

Students will be able to observe the planning and execution process firsthand and participate in supervised educational experiences designed to help them understand how a professional wedding and events company operates.

Program StructureProgram Dates: November 2026 – April 2027

The program will be structured around the student's academic schedule and educational objectives.

The internship will include a combination of educational discussions, observation, supervised experiences, and industry exposure.

Students are encouraged to coordinate with their college or university regarding internship requirements and academic credit, if applicable.
