Overview We’re looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure to join our crew as a Day-Of Wedding Coordinator. The Day of Coordinator will be expected to complete the following items as well as a complete task list as provided during training. Send a draft timeline and floor plan to the couple within two weeks of the Details Meeting. All payments are based on the wedding or event date. The first flat-fee payment, which includes compensation for the details meeting, will be paid during the regular pay period in which the 60-day mark before the wedding occurs.
