The Wedding Event Coordinator role is essential in ensuring the smooth planning and execution of multiple wedding events concurrently. This position demands exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to maintain focus under tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, working collaboratively with team members and clients alike. Responsibilities include creating tailored Requests for Proposals (RFPs), managing financial reconciliations, entering registration data accurately into our database system, and traveling to attend events and client meetings as required. Flexibility to work outside of regular hours, including weekends, is necessary in this role. As a vital part of our team, the Wedding Event Coordinator will actively contribute to process improvements, driving efficiency and ensuring every wedding event meets our high standards for client satisfaction. proven experience managing multiple projects in event planning
