Job Title: Experienced Floral Designer – Wedding & Events

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Floral Designer with a strong focus on weddings and luxury events. The ideal candidate is passionate about floral artistry, deeply familiar with current wedding trends, and able to translate client visions into stunning, memorable designs. This is a permanent part and/or full time position. A flexible schedule is required, which includes weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and execute floral arrangements for weddings, including bouquets, centerpieces, arches, installations, and ceremony décor
• Stay up to date on current floral trends, color palettes, and design styles
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and manage inventory

Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of professional floral design experience, with a strong emphasis on weddings
• Portfolio demonstrating modern, trend-forward wedding work
• Strong knowledge of seasonal flowers, color theory, and design techniques
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced event environment
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and early mornings
• Ability to lift and transport floral materials and installations

Preferred Skills:
• Experience with large-scale floral installations
• Familiarity with luxury or high-end wedding markets
• Background in event styling or design
