The role of Event Planner within Elephants Catering & Events is a critical position focused on delivering exceptional catering experiences for a diverse range of events, from intimate family gatherings to elaborate black-tie galas. • High school diploma or equivalent • Minimum of four years in catering sales or wedding planning • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills • Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule including some weekends and evenings • Proficient in Microsoft Office and event planning software • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
