We are an international wedding planning and design company seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Wedding Planning Assistant to support our team. This position begins as a part-time contractor role with the potential to grow into more consistent hours during peak wedding season and long-term opportunities within the company.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about weddings, design, hospitality, and creating exceptional client experiences.
Responsibilities
• Assist with wedding planning logistics and timeline development
• Support communication with vendors, venues, and clients
• Assist with event design preparation and production
• Provide on-site assistance during weddings and events to ensure smooth execution
• Help prepare planning documents, proposals, and event materials
• Conduct vendor, venue, and design research
• Assist with social media content and basic marketing initiatives
• Support event setup, coordination, and breakdown as needed
Preferred Qualifications
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Available evenings and weekends during wedding season
• Experience in events, hospitality, weddings, or luxury service preferred
• Passion for design, décor, and event production
• Familiarity with Instagram, Pinterest, and social media platforms
• Marketing and content creation experience is a plus
Location & Work Style
We prefer candidates who are local to the Castle Rock area. This position will involve a hybrid work structure, with approximately half of the work completed in-person (meetings, planning sessions, event preparation, and wedding days) and the remainder remote, offering flexibility depending on the planning schedule.
