Wedding & Event Planning Assistant (Contractor | Part-Time with Seasonal Growth)

We are an international wedding planning and design company seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Wedding Planning Assistant to support our team. Preferred Qualifications • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment • Available evenings and weekends during wedding season • Experience in events, hospitality, weddings, or luxury service preferred • Passion for design, décor, and event production • Familiarity with Instagram, Pinterest, and social media platforms • Marketing and content creation experience is a plus This position will involve a hybrid work structure, with approximately half of the work completed in-person (meetings, planning sessions, event preparation, and wedding days) and the remainder remote, offering flexibility depending on the planning schedule.
