Invite up to 160 guests to an intimate celebration in the beautiful Crystal Ballroom, complete with built-in dance floor and bar, or gather up to 500 in the Ballroom of The Roses to dine and dance the night away. No matter what size wedding you envision, we have the right space. It features both a fireplace and fire pit, ideal for nighttime get-togethers or even an intimate ceremony!Looking for a positive and motivated Wedding & Events Coordinator to join our Sales Team.Will work closely as a team with Sales staff, Hotel staff, Catering staff, & Kitchen staff to ensure maximum client satisfaction.This is an in-office position.RequirementsThe Wedding & Event Sales Coordinator position encompasses every aspect of events in terms of planning, communicating, and executing each account.JOB/SKILL REQUIREMENTS: (Include but not limited to. for each event.Manage event related activities including contracts, payments, planning, wedding tastings, and implementation.Maintains an organized and complete file for each account.Communicates the client's goals and represents their interests to the event staff by updating event orders and floor plans.Responsible for the creation of menu cards, place cards, table rosters, and any other printed materials for events as needed.Responsible for coordination on the day of the event including attending to the bridal party needs, communicating with vendors, ensuring the event orders are followed precisely.Updates client account as needed and follows up with client to obtain feedback after their event.A minimum of three years' previous event sales, event planning, Banquet Manager or F&B Operations experience preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Canva, Delphi, Caterease, or similar Event Management System, social media - Facebook and Instagram.Ability to create Vendor Partnerships that allow for additional upsells, increase profit margins on events, achieve financial monthly and annual sales goals.Must be available for evening, weekend events and some holidays.
