Essential Functions: • Respond to all incoming phone, email and walk-up inquiries and work directly with clients and Garden staff to plan and implement rentals and events. • Coordinate logistics with other Garden departments to ensure smooth operations for weddings and events. • Work weddings, event rentals and other Garden-wide events. Work environment: This position requires indoor and outdoor work in a garden setting. During an event, the candidate must be able to stand on their feet for the majority of the shift.
