Petite Planning Company is a wedding planning business based in the tri-state area serving couples in NJ, NY, and beyond. Job Description: Specific Responsibilities: • Lead and be responsible for logistics and execution of weddings, including both the rehearsal and wedding day • Prepare timelines and floor plans, based on discussions with the couple, and circulate to all relevant parties • Attend site-visits and client meetings prior to the event day, to get a feel of the space and what the couple is looking for • Communicate with vendors, acting as the main point of contact for the weeks leading up to the wedding and on the day-of • Set-up and tear down of event space, including placement of decor and florals Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: $ $50.00 per hour
