The Role: We are seeking an experienced Lead Planner to join our Seattle team. Serving as the primary planner and point of contact for assigned couples Leading clients through the planning process with clarity, care, and confidence Creating, managing, and executing detailed wedding timelines and logistics Coordinating with vendor partners to ensure seamless event execution Leading wedding days with calm authority, professionalism and grace Mentoring and directing Assistant Planners on event days Communicating clearly and proactively with internal leadership and team members Upholding company standards, values, and processes in all client and vendor interactions You value collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement You take pride in doing things the right way, not the easy way You have an eye for design and thrive in the creative process You are self motivated and thrive in remote working environments You’re confident in your ability to make and keep short and long term commitments You are a master juggler, especially when it comes to competing priorities You understand that trust is earned through consistency and follow-through You are able to connect and work with people who have different personalities, backgrounds and you are passionate about learning other cultures and customs Part-time, variable hours based on event schedule and seasonality Weekend availability required for event days Evenings and weekends required for client meetings Compensation commensurate with experience
